Restaurant Menu with QR Code

Add a QR code to the printed menu so guests can move from paper to the online destination you choose. Set the URL, label, position and size, then test the finished code before printing.

Choose the destination deliberately

The QR code can point to your restaurant website, online ordering page, current online menu or another relevant URL. Use the most direct stable destination rather than a temporary link that is likely to expire.

Give the code a clear label

A short label such as “View Online Menu” tells customers what will happen when they scan. The editor also supports a custom label when you need wording specific to your use case.

Test before printing

Always scan the QR code with a phone before printing or distributing the menu. Confirm that the destination loads, is mobile friendly and is the exact page you intended.

Frequently asked questions

Can the QR code point to my ordering page?

Yes. You choose the destination URL, so it can point to an ordering page if that is the destination you want.

Can I change the QR label?

Yes. Choose a built-in label option or enter a custom label.

Should I print a QR menu without testing it?

No. Scan and verify the finished code and destination before printing or distribution.

The free edition supports up to two locally saved menu projects. Some templates and advanced Print Studio formats are optional paid features.
