Use the browser print engine

24HourMenus uses the browser’s print system for PDF output. On supported browsers, choose “Save as PDF” or the equivalent PDF destination instead of selecting a physical printer.

Check scale and background settings

Keep print scaling at the expected size and enable background graphics when the selected template relies on background blocks or badges. The built-in calibration page can help confirm the output before final printing.

PDF for distribution, DOCX for revision

Use PDF when the layout should remain fixed. Use the editable DOCX export when you expect someone to revise the menu content later in Word or Pages.
